DELIVERYS DELAYED - COVID-19:

We are still open skeleton hours but with reduced staff and Courier collections / Deliveries:

Due to disruption with couriers & suppliers Please expect some delays in dispatching / Processing orders.

We are aware of your orders and please look for updates by email and Courier as to when orders are on there way.

You can still order and delivery and order will be processed as stock comes in / collections from couriers coming.

Sorry for any delays and thanks for our customers being patient for orders too arrive.

We use a number of different delivery systems depending upon the size and weight of your order.
 
Small letter / Large letter / Parcel orders may be sent using Royal mail or similar courier we have a lead time of 3- 5 Days processing / 2-3 days Delivery time, Although most are shipped before this timeframe / Delivery we advise these times to cover any delays. Larger orders will be shipped via UK Mail courier / UPS which is a express shipping service. larger pallet quantities will be delivered by a Pallet Courier on a 3 to 5 day delivery program.
 
Orders for mainland UK will be delivered free of charge.

We reserve the right to contact you regarding shipping costs on very heavy items, special conditions may apply.

Any offshore or highland deliveries may incur additional charges, we will always discuss this with you prior to shipment.

Any EU / NON Shipping - Customer will need to contact us with address details and item required so a quote can be given.
